3. Motion to pay bills from 06/09/2025 on the General Fund abstract in the amount of $26,456.12, Water fund abstract in the amount of $4,881.96 and the Sewer fund abstract fund in the amount of $39,465.92.
4. Motion to pay bills on the General fund abstract in the amount of $22,725.93, Water fund abstract in the amount of $10,862.44 and the Sewer fund abstract in the amount of $28,844.69.
5. Public Hearing on the proposed Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Budget.
6. Motion to adopt the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Budget

NOTICE OF BUDGET HEARING

Pursuant to Section 5-508 of the Village Law, the tentative budget for the Village ofWoodridge

for the 2025-26 fiscal year has been prepared and filed with the Village Clerk at
the Village Office, 2 Dairyland Road, Woodridge, New York, where it may be inspected by
any interested parties between the hours of 10 a.m. and 3 p.m., Monday through Friday,
please call for an appointment. Said Tentative Budget includes maximum compensation for
the Mayor of $15,000.00 per annum and for the Trustees of $10,000.00 each per annum.

A summary of the tentative budget is as follows:

General Fund $2,305,037.00
Water Fund $1,125,103.00
Sewer Fund $1,835,100.00

The Public Hearing on the budget will be held at the Village of Woodridge Hall, 2 Dairyland
Road, on Monday, June 16, 2025 at 12:30p.m., to consider same before final adoption.
