To consider the application of 95 Highland Avenue LLC for an application for an Area Variance,

to allow for side yard, rear yard, and lot area variances.

JOINT PUBLIC HEARING ON **PROPOSED ANNEXATION**

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Joint Public Hearing will be held by the

Town of Fallsburg and the Village of Woodridge

to consider a proposed annexation of certain lands located in the

Town of Fallsburg and proposed to be annexed into the Village of Woodridge.

​

The territory proposed for annexation consists of parcels

owned by entities of  Shimon “Sam” Charach,

identified on the Town of Fallsburg tax map as follows

​

Section 42, Block 1, lots: 30.1,36.4,41.2,41.1,36.3,36.1,35.2

​

Section 29, block 1, lots: 35.1, 35.15

​

A joint public hearing on said proposed annexation will be held as follows:

Date: Tuesday March 17, 2026

Time: 6:00 p.m.

Location: Town of Fallsburg Senior Center

Address: 12 Laurel Avenue, South Fallsburg NY 12779

​

The purpose of the hearing is to consider the proposed annexation and to hear all persons interested in the matter.

At such time and place, The Town Board of the Town of Fallsburg and the Board of Trustees of the Village of Woodridge

will review whether the proposed annexations are in the overall public interest,

pursuant to Article 17 of the New York State General Municipal Law.

All interested persons will be allowed to be heard.
